Cancellations and Rebooking
All cancellations must be done 48 hours or more of your appointment time in order for a full refund to be issued. Any appointments canceled under 48 hours of the appointment time will be refunded 50% of the appointment booking fee if the client does not reschedule at the time of an appointment cancellation.Please note a refund may take up to thirty days.
There will only be one reschedule for each appointment booked in the event you need to reschedule again for a second time you will forfeit 100% of your booking fee; and will need to pay a new booking fee to confirm a new appointment, even if you cancel 48 hours or more.
Late Arrivals/No Show Appointments
If your going to be late for any reason please text or make a phone call to the studio and leave a voice message. We'd still try to see you within reason although your appointment time will be shorten.
If you do not call and we have to call you and you pick up but can't come you will be consider a no show. If you don't call, text and don't show up you are considered a no show. All no show appointments will forfeit 100% your booking fee.

However , tipping in cash is accepted so if you wish to tip your therapist please bring your desired amount . Making change for a bill may not be an option. All purchased service(s) and packages are final sale.
